Please go on 2nd floor between Exit 3 and 4 (inside arrivals) and look for the Thong Ta Resort And Spa Sign (staff are there 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week); that member of staff will then ensure you will be transferred. If for some reason you can't see this individual please go to an airport information desk and please them to contact hostel representative at the airport.
