Directions to Travellers Home Hostel, Budapest

Coming by train or bus we pick you up and drive you to the Hostel free of charge

Directions:
Arriving at the West railway station (Nyugati pu.) you should get on tram 4 or 6 and Ferenc krt. is the 7th stop (llői t). Takes about 15 mins. When you get to 33 Ferenc krt, you should ring for 'A Buknicz' on the intercom.

Arriving at the East station (Keleti pu.) you want to go one stop on the subway (red line) to Blaha sq. and change for tram 4 or 6 for another 3 stops to Ferenc krt. (llői t). Takes about 15 min. again. When you get to 33 Ferenc krt, you should ring for 'A Buknicz' on the intercom.

From the International Bus Terminal you want to take the subway (blue line) and get off at Ferenc krt., 3 stops. As you come up take the second exit on your left and it is some 100 meters away. Takes about 10 mins. altogether. When you get to 33 Ferenc krt, you should ring for 'A Buknicz' on the intercom.

Arriving at the airport you take the airport bus to Kőbnya Kispest (last stop) and there you get on the subway (blue line) which takes you to Ferenc krt., 7th stop. Takes about 40-50 mins. in all. When you get to 33 Ferenc krt, you should ring for 'A Buknicz' on the intercom.

It is good to know that in terms of public transport we have the best location you can imagine, even the two most important night buses would stop only 50-60 meters from the apartment and they run every 10-15 mins. throughout the night.

Note of interest:
Tram 4/6 runs every 2-4 mins. throughout 4.30-24.00h. It is the busiest tram line in the world.
The subway lines run 4.30-23.20h.
