The place should be considered a hotel. Everything there was hotel standard, including the price. The room was small, but clean, had a private bathroom, and smelled good. There was free internet in the lobby. (in your room you have to pay) There were children playing in the corridors in early evening and it was quite noisy, but by bedtime it was quiet. This was a really nice place to stay. It is located well within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof and some of the major sights in Hamburg. The room and en-suite were both extremely clean, and quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free WiFi in the lobby was a definite bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
