Since this is a Best Western, I expected a better breakfast.Especially unacceptable was the policy that no food could be taken to one's room.When I'm paying for a hotel, I expect part of what I'm paying for is comfort and convenience and that includes eating in front of "my" t.v. in my room. The accommodation was really nice, but I had to search the hostel on the roads more than 1 hour because it had different name with 'AAE hostel' it's real name is Best western hotel. I couldn't find any notice before. And when I finally found the hostel, the receptionist neglected us and I felt so bad. They were definitelyunkind. No soap to wash your hands after using the washrooms, and the only sinks are in the bedrooms.My bunk bed was so creaky that I could barely move without making tons of noise.Front desk staff are hit or miss as far as friendliness and helpfulness goes.Location is good, though, as it's within walking distance of lots of neat stuff, but I wouldn't stay here again. This is actually a Best Western but you make out EXCEPTIONALLY booking the room as a hostel.I was impressed.It is very clean, the staff is friendly, the FREE breakfast every morning is abundant, the room was equipped with a microwave and mini fridge.There is an abundant amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap, and the bed was comfy!!!!
