a cozy hostel in a quiet location, but disturb by the service staff harassment, cleaning the kitchen (washing the floor with chemicals), when there are people (in the morning) and the cleaner man attendance in the lady room (toilet) when guests have wake up - or really can not clean the facilities at different times? otherwise everything was perfect! The staff was very helpfull, the location is excelent, near Hammersmith (Underground and Bus to any part of London). The room was clean. The kitchens were a little bit dirty but, i believe, mainly because of the people who use the facilities. The bed was a little bit unconfortable. Our room was clean and it had a fridge, dishes and cutlery, which was nice. In contrast to the reviews further down, we did NOT hear our neighbours, only those in the corridors, which really wasn't that bad. The staff is helpful and the hostel feels secure and is close to a very well connected tube and bus station. For further improvement: hooks in the showers to hang my stuff, pots in the kitchen and a new sponge once in a while, and finally anything that makes the commonroom comfy. Die Lage des Hostels ist ausgezeichent. Tatsächlich nur 2,3 Minuten zum Bahnhof Hammersmith, wo man zwischen vier Linien wählen kann. Also viel besser gehts nicht. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei. Duschen und WC´s super sauber. Oliver, from Austria ~ 4th Apr 2013

You could hear people in the corridor as if they were inside your room. If you are not in London fo partying, try to avoid the ground floor or you won't be able to sleep at night (there was a lot of noise until 4/5 in the morning) Henar, from Spain ~ 7th Mar 2013

Clean hostel close to a sub station, but people do not hang out in there and things are set up in inconvenient, non-supportive ways, such as ZERO dishes in the kitchen, not even some pots or some olive oil, so what's the use of a stove if I have to buy my own pots and pans?Doors slam and it can get noisy, could hear everything that was going on in the room next to mine.The mini fridge in my room did not work.If you want to socialize, this is not the place to go to.
