I´m very disappointed with the hostel and hostels.com policy, understanding that there ir no right ti cancell a visitor booking, and worse, without returning the depposit, it´s a shame, it´s no fare, and I won´t stop till either one of you assume your resposability. a very friendly hostel, near to all the hot spots in prague old town. the only thing i didn`t like was the smoking room, which was very spooky! but anyway: i can recommend the ace - hostel! Katharina, from Germany ~ 23rd Jul 2012

Actually, it is not a normal Hostel, but a home- apartment. Everywhere shows it is a old buildingand the bathroom has to be repaired. jiancai, from China ~ 8th Apr 2012
