This was such a nice place to stay. Great location, safe, clean and roomy and truly affordable for Venice.The stairs were a bit of a challenge after a days walking, but slowly slowly and all was good. I would definately sing the praises of this location and establishment.It was nice having a big kitchen and fridge, due to the qualtiy and price of food in Venice. People compained about no kettle, but honestly, you are not at home so improvise.We had no difficulty boiling water in a pot for coffee Bohdanna, from Canada ~ 20th Oct 2012

The hostel is actually a few rooms on the top floor of a convent, so it was a nice and quiet place to sleep. However, if you are going in the summer, prepare for brutal heat. There's no a/c and one floor fan in each room that doesn't do much to alleviate the heat. But there's a big kitchen and everything was very clean! Jillian, from USA ~ 6th Jul 2012
