Beaches Youth Hostel in Wexford, Ierland

This place was great. My friends and I traveled Europe for two weeks and stayed in a total of seven different hostels, with Beaches Youth Hostel as one of them. At the end of the trip we asked everyone what their favorite hostel was and Beaches won by a mile. The only downside is that the house can be a bit brisk at night, so make sure you have the proper apparel, other than that it has every amenity and it is very clean. I was staying here for 3 nights as part of a trip to ploughing championships. We were in shallet 1st night and we was freezing couldnt sleep had go out in rain to car and bring a sleeping bag in. My friend was also cold and didnt sleep. We didnt want to move out to hostel despite cold but we felt forced to, we would have got blankets. Facilities were good very clean and well fitted kitchen and it was warm in there. Main hostel was cold in bed also had use sleeping bag. All rest was good Anne Marie, from Ireland ~ 28th Sep 2012
