The place looked a little bit sketchy from the outside dirty alleyway, dark and run-down entrance hall but the place was amazing and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone I know who wants a hostel in Vienna. Christy, from USA ~ 16th Dec 2012

I loved my stay at Believe-it-or-Not! Lilly is so kind and welcoming - makes you feel right at home! The hostel itself is beautiful - great ambiance, comfy beds and every amenity you could ever hope for - and it was easy to meet and make friends with the other travelers. This is the best hostel I've ever seen! The rooms are comfortable, the facilities spotless, and your charming hostess Lilly is welcoming and helpful. Everything is included in the price locker, linens, breakfast, Wi-Fi, laptops for your use, and more but it's the cozy atmosphere that is the best value here (it almost makes you want to stay indoors all day). THE PLACE TO BE in Wien : it looks like a private flat, so your mostly on your own, dropping the pressure. But if you need anything, just ring the magic doorbell and there Lilly will help you for anything, 'Staff on Duty' coming in seconds. When I first arrived, I felt so comfortable there, enjoying a cup of coffee in this nice place. Everything's free here, from breakfast to toothpast even Pastas, simple little things that make you feel home. Definitely the best Hostel I ever been :) Pierre-Olivier, from France ~ 29th Sep 2012
