Staff in the evening was very helpful, gave me even a new room and bad in 2-bed-room, as my previously assigned bed was blocked by another guest. He did his utmost, while the administrator in the morning was just the opposite, not helpful at all(bald head) He's the reason why I would probablz not return to this place. Nice place, well located and with a nice Pub downstairs, I stayed in a 4 shared bedroom, and it was quite nice, the matress lil bit too soft, but evrinthing else was cool! Celso, from Italy ~ 4th Dec 2012

We had just a little problem with the window, because it was very difficult to open and to close. The place seemed clean, but a message at the door talking about bedbugs... was strange. However we didn't find any. Rafael, from Spain ~ 10th Aug 2012
