My sisters backpack was stolen from the breakfast room from right in front of her seat as she was grabbing some coffee. Otherwise the experience was quite pleasant and the building was beautiful. They had a great free walking tour and gave us discounts to a fabulous flamenco show. The staff was as helpful as possible, but i wont stay here again. Michelle, from USA ~ 30th Apr 2013

Staff was so rude and bathrooms were not clean. Beds were also not made when we checked in and keys rarely work to open the door. Would not reccomend Mary, from USA ~ 2nd Nov 2012

Good location, very beautiful interior, and the bar was fun.My one complaint is that it's very noisy.So if you're looking for a good nights rest I might think about going somewhere else.BUT if you want to stay up late and be close to all the action, then I'd recommend this beautiful hostel. I would recommend cats if you are looking for a party- if you are a female and do not want to end up sharing with all guys, book a female rather than a mixed dorm. And watch your stuff, I had an expensive jacket taken out of my dorm and once came back to my room and found my whole bag in the corridor for no apparent reason. Erin, from Australia ~ 3rd Jun 2012
