Celtic Tourist Hostel in Galway, Ierland

The Celtic Hostel is a wonderful place for young people who look for a cheap, clean and comfortable place where to stay. The large kitchen is fully equipped and it helps to get to know other guests if you prepare your meals there. The atmosphere of the hostel is very friendly and warm, the staff is very helpful and nice. The wifi works very well and the location is excellent. Great hostel, really good location and a grand host (Declan). The rooms (at least the privates) and the bathrooms on the floor are clean and nice (the other bathrooms not so much, as much as I saw). My room was over priced and uncomfortably small for a two-bed private. Staff not great. I asked for the heater in my room to be looked at twice as it was not working and both times nothing was done. Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Towels available to rent but reception does not open until 10am so get them the night before if you need them for the morning.
