While I was turned off by look of the check-in desk (it was dirty and seemed unkempt) the staff were excellent all the way. Any little thing I needed or asked for they helped me with right away. Last minute I had to cancel our first night and they were cool about it though I never got an email confirmation from them. We were scheduled for 2 beds in a mixed dorm but had wanted a private room. As one became available, we were changed into that room and we were SO grateful! Thanks Michael! Joyce, from USA ~ 7th May 2013

The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding my way around. I stayed in the female dorm and it was a very nice room. It was not huge but definitely larger than many of the other hostels I have stayed in. None of the beds were bunked and there is a separate common room area that is shared with one of the other rooms. Tip for the washer: to lock the door you have to push it in and up. It was perfect. Probably the best stay ever in the best hostel ever. First, before arrival, we were a bit worried how the hostel might look like. But once we were inside and checked in it was amazing. I'll definitely be back! Benjamin, from Germany ~ 13th Mar 2013

Even before check-in, you are given an espresso, a map, and a few helpful tips. The rooms are secure and well kept, the bathrooms spotless, and the amenities (kitchenette, internet/Wi-Fi, etc) easy to use and included in the price. The location is unbelievable and the staff very friendly, although as a solo traveler I found it difficult to meet new people. Also, the character of the hostel can change quite dramatically some nights there are noisy groups going out, others it is completely quiet. Charles, from USA ~ 2nd Nov 2012

Clean, wonderful little hostel with a lot of free stuff: free nespresso, free walking tours, free water...etc. Staff and owner are very friendly and informative of what to do in Prague. Wow!!! This is hands down the BEST hostel ever!Me and three friends stayedhereanddidnot wanttoleave.TheSTAFF and amenities are incredible. Our 4 person private suite/ HOUSE was everything you would want/need and MORE. Teh staff REALLy went above & beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and took care of us better than any 5 star hotel.I completely recomend this hostel to anyone.MY friends are VERY hardto impress and they give u 5 stars lol THANK Ucharles bridge hostel u are THE BES lorraine, from USA ~ 22nd May 2012
