The staff was amazing, really nice and helpfull people. Cleanlines... not that much. Beds and sheets where really clean but bathrooms and showers got disgusting more than often and I had to shower with freezing water more than half the times. Maria Alejandra, from Italy ~ 19th Mar 2013

Cheap and good place to stay. Close to the center, supermarkets and subway. Staff was extremely amiable and nice, helped us with laundry and taxi. But there is something weird going on in the nearest building every evening, like turkish wedding idk. Lots of drums and noise. Some random drunk people from the street were sitting on the stairs and lying on the floor.One of the toilet locks was broken. I travel a great deal with my job, and I have always preferred staying in hostels you get to meet a variety of people, and it's usually cost-effective when travelling on a stipend. But of all the hostels I've ever visited, this is - by far - the worst. The location is horrible, the staff are incredibly rude, the rooms and showers are filthy, the WiFi doesn't work, and best of all? This is a permanent residence for illegals and homeless. no lift makes me.......feel tired!!!Cos I checked in at almost nine and already walked a lot from the airport to train station to the hostel...and when I wanted to take a shower...there is no hot water??????So...I was a little upset with that....but....others...it's ok... I was very disappointed to the behavior of the personnel. We arrived later than we had expected but called the hostel on our way there and they assured us that they would keep our reservation. When we arrived they divided us into two separate rooms in separate floors instead of one room that we had booked. When complaining about this, demanding explanations and asking if it was possible to replace us into one room the personnel called me "FUCKING INTELLIGENT" (direct quote).
