I really disliked it since my bed was taken by someone else the first night. No one did id afterwards. I didn't know if the person was gone or not. I changed bed 3 times in two nights! I'm pretty sure the one I slept in the first night was dirty, the blanket was just rolled up! I had to ask the reception for new bed clothes. The toilets and shower are working but not very clean. the truth is that it is luxurious enough to be a simple hostel, a grand entrance and a large hall. then the rooms are a bit small, also have nowhere to leave luggage or anything. services were mostly mixed and smelled a lot of pee. in the showers there is no place to put clothes and things for showers. breakfast was good but had a lot of people, was a bit overwhelming. the best are the beds, very intimate and very light. does not seem right to be paid by the wifi. almudena, from Spain ~ 18th Jun 2012

My lap top and my phone were both stolen by someone who snuck into the mixed dorm hostel I was staying at and other people's property were also stolen. My stuff was only left unattended for approximately 20 minutes while I was taking a shower. One person in our room had their entire bag stolen while they were still sleeping. Needless to say the security at this place was very poor and people at the front desk never made sure to check whether you were an actual customer or a thief. David, from USA ~ 6th Jun 2012
