A very good choice of hostel which near to Westbahnhoff station. They provide bunkers to store your luggage, however no individual box for your belonging hence its not recommend to keep valuable thing inside. Good wifi connection,very friendly staff with good facility which allow you to use their kitchen, lobby, etc while waiting for your room check-in at 3pm. Great hostel located next to the Wien Westbahnhof train/metro/bus station! Good cooking facilities for preparing meals, and nice communal dining areas too. The hostel is kept very clean by the staff. Despite online listings stating that you may pay with a credit card, be prepared to pay with cash. This was the only setback. Otherwise a great place to stay in Vienna! Generally an OK experience - some of the staff were very helpful, others were a bit rude. Very clean. The towel was a bit small admittedly, so bring your own! Duvet and blanket were both provided so was nice to have the option! Breakfast was good value for money though asking for a refill of coffee seems to be frowned upon! Super clean place, Great kitchen, The first daywe had a knock on the door, which we didn't answer as we sleeping, but awoke to someone opening the door. I jumped out of bed and ran to the door and didn't see anyonedown the hall. I went had the staff promptly change the card key code after that. Other than that.
