The staff was very helpful.There was even one who could speak at least 6 languages.They were kind enough to brief us with what to expect with the surroundings and to find the cheapest options to get to certain locations.In a city where it is difficult to trust people, Equity Point's personnel can really provide a traveler some peace of mind. Brilliant location, amazing place - Equity Point best thing about Marrakesh. Staff very good and helpful. Restaurant not authentic Moroccan - catered for a more European taste, but good and tasty value in the square. The directions would have been extremely accurate, but first point of reference, Cafe Argana was blown up in April 2011 - 18 months ago. We spent half an hour looking for it, refusing offers from predatory guides. We found it two days later. PLEASE update your directions. Patrick, from Ireland ~ 3rd Oct 2012

Awesome! Never seen an hostel with swimming pool, spa, terrace with view on the city! Staff very kind even if not so well organized in my case. Rooms are clean and the bathroom with everything is in the room. Is very closed to the square Djemaa el-fnaa, but is very difficult to find. However giving 10 dirham to the first kid you meet in the street you can easily get there! claudio, from Italy ~ 5th May 2012
