I had a good time at the hostel, but I needed to cancel the last night. I was giving more than 24 hours notice but they were not letting me cancel saying I needed to let them know by 7am. Check out time was either 11:00am or 11:30am, Check in time was some time in the after noon and I asked to cancel at around 9:30am the morning before. They were giving me so much BS. the hostel is great!!! i really liked!!! the only thing is, the hostel is a bit far from the center!!! but they have underground near, so, that makes the place really good!!! and the staff there are awesome, really good guys!!! if you are looking for a good place to stay, there you have to go!!! clean, cheap, good service by attendants and you can have a good fun!!! This is a great hostel with a great staff. It's easy go to the center of London by bus. The Breakfast is nice, not variety but nice. It's very clean and have good ambient. I recommend. José, from Portugal ~ 22nd Nov 2012

I stayed in three hostels around London and this was the best of the three. I stayed five nights. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and functioning properly. If something breaks, they fix it quickly.
