Friendly staff and good location. We could even order a pizza at the hostel in 01.00 in the morning (and it was delicious!) Clean rooms, some noise from traffic and pretty thin walls so you could hear when someone went out in the hallway, but if you´re like us and can sleep anyway it's not a problem at all! I stayed 5 days in 21 bed rooms. BAD THING! The worst thing is three stories bed. Cannot sleep well because of the bed. (Even, I cannot sit down on my bed) Hostel is not dirty but not clean ! the hostel is not center ( you know , london is famous for expensive transportation expenses) GOOD THING! There are lockers (but you should bring your padlock) INCLUDED BREAKFAST CHEAP PRICE AND VERY NEAR AT VICTORIA STATION.(very easy to find hostel) YOO RIM, from South Korea ~ 15th Apr 2013

I stayed there 1 week and I fairly enjoyed there because it has bar at the 1st floor. Me and My friend all always drink beer at night. Staff also nice and bed quite clean(I saw several times they change the bed sheet. That was nice). However toilet was sometimes dirty. In addition, 2 days before I left there, there were group guest, they were soooooooooo loud, it was really annoying. I really hope this review can improve the services. For example, in the rooms there was no extra lamp, so that each person who needs to enter in the room during the night needs to turn lights, thereby disturbing the others people who are sleeping. Also, there is no place to keep personal belongings, except in your own bed. The lookers are very small and can be only locked with a padlock provided by the hostel. The place is in a great neighborhood and is very inexpensive. The only problems were that the room did not have adequate heating for the winter. I had a very nice stay at this hostel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there's free wifi, a pub with a good happy hour, and it's within walking distance to the Victoria tube station and Buckingham Palace. My only complaint is that the lockers are not big enough to fit luggage, and the small lockers they do have don't work so you're really taking a chance with your valuables.
