When my luggage didn't arrive with me in AthensI was more than angry and sad but Kevin @ reception had a smileand kind words for me and one day later even the hotel owner Theo was calling the airport and searching for it. I felt like being part of a little family. My room was small but fine, the only thing I felt a bit odd with was the heating, it was a bit cold, but one can always say something and recieve help. The guy at front desk was very friendly. I liked that wifi was available even in my room at 4th floor. No orange juice at breakfast, it would be nice to have some greek pastries. Location super convenient, next to Monastiraki metro station. If you stay there or not go absolutely check the sandal maker Stavros Melissinos at 2, Aghias Theklas Street. 1 min walk. The only redeeming quality about this place was the location. For most of our stay, the shower would only run cold, there was no air conditioning (or at least no working air conditioning), which left the room uncomfortably hot, and then the noise outside was unbelievably loud at ALL times of day and night. We've stayed in many hostels, but this hotel ranks among the worst for what they advertise vs. reality. Katharine, from USA ~ 7th Jul 2012
