Very nice hostel. Good facility, very kindly staff, cheap price, good breakfast, very very good atmosphere. All is perfect, but my room is new painted, so smell is so bad. But another room is not. At arriving, the staff told us they didn't have any reservation of us. They had forgotten to insert it from hostels.com to their systems. The room we had booked wasn't available at that moment. They gave us a worse room for the same price, when other hostels/hotels always do the opposite, a better room to compensate the trouble. After that they told us, we wouldn't be able to enter the room until 3pm, due to cleaning, so we were in Lisbon for several hours carrying our baggage until the check in Juan José, from Spain ~ 25th Jul 2012
