The staff at the hostel were extremely helpful and kind, and went out of their way to try and help me with my requests. Hygiene wasn't an issue at all and the hostel definitely led to one of the best experiences travelling! Debra, from Malaysia ~ 2nd Jan 2013

Excellent location with friendly staff made my trip really enjoyable and pleasant. Near Kiyomizu temple walking distance, the only downside is the cars noise from the highway next to the hostel. Other than that, the price is affordable for backpackers :) Marlon, from Costa Rica ~ 19th Nov 2012

If you want to Experience Japanese, Gojo house is a good choose! Very classic, and tranditional. Seems you liveing in Kyoto~ And location is goo, too. Close Kiyomizu Temple, I can visit it by walk~ Every thing are good, and staff very kind :) If I go to Kyoto again, I must choose Gojo house again. Cheng-Wei, from Taiwan ~ 10th Oct 2012
