Pros: 1) Nice and helpful staff 2) Not far from 2 main train stations where we can take train to St. Petersburg 3) Not far from city center and not too close so less crowd and traffic 4) Full facility kitchen Cons: 1) This's a hostel with capacity of 20+ people but there're only 2 bathrooms in which it's like playing "musical chair" in prime time 2) Poor security - no room keys, no lockers. This is definitely the best hostel for individual travellers in which I've stayed in Eastern Europe. Everything is new and clean, and the friendly staff not just deals most competently with your questions, but they make great suggestions of their own what to do in this city which is as amazing as it is multifaceted.
