Hanoi Royal Palace in , Vietnam

We came to Hanoi and stayed at Royal Palace hotel in Hanoi City. The room was great, the laundry service was same day and they even booked our 2 day Halong Bay tour. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I'll definitely stay there again in my next visit to Hanoi. Fantastic!! King, from England ~ 9th Aug 2012

Value for money if you want a basic clean room to sleep in. Has extremely helpful and obliging staff. The location was great, an easy walk to the tourist strip, markets, parks, shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of the madness. Book your tours to Halong Bay and Sapa and activities through the hotel as they are a lot cheaper than booking direct or before you go.
