Hostal Victoria is located in a very good part of DF, close to condesa and angel of independence. However the property is not maintained nicely, it is secure, but they dont have nice strong lockers. Only one restroom to share, which has a common toilet and shower. Moreover, when we were there, the door of the restroom was not locking properly. Varun, from India ~ 22nd Nov 2012
