Our stay was fantastic and the owners really took care of us. We were the only guests at the time which meant it was very quiet and unlike other 'fun' hostels although everything else was great.

We had a good stay in las Palomas. I am sure the place is great in summer time, but unfortunately it was really cold when we were there and there is no heat in the rooms. other than that a great place with a friendly staff.

My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and just loved it! Gaby (the owner) and her daughter were wonderful hosts and it was an easy walk to the square. Very cheery decor, good coffee, and nice people!

Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. There are a lot better places around San Cristobal, ignore the guide books!!!!!

very nice hostal (best in mexiko i stayed in), staff is so helpfull and friendly. we arrived at 8 in the morning and they offered us breakfast and the room was also availible then...kitchen very very clean...perfect!
