Hostelling International at the American Hotel in Seattle, Amerika

Located really close to public transportation (which is the best way to get around Seattle), neat area to wander around in, staff was hot and cold (some were really friendly, some borderline rude.. odd) but efficient. ONE GIRL BLOCKED ME SHOUTING "DID YOU BOUGHT THEM"WHEN I TAKE MY FOODS OFF FROM REFRIDGE. I ANGRIED TO HER, SHE RUSH TO RECEPTION AND A BOY FROM RECEPTION COME TO SHOUTING "YOU THRETHEN HER, YOU SHOULD GO OUT WITH LUGGAGES"IT WAS NIGHT MARE. NEXT MORNING THEY DIN NOT APOLOGYZE ME. I arrived quite late, and left very early, but this was a safe haven. I really appreciated the friendly staff and once inside, it was great. I felt very safe and the facility was very clean. The location is steps away from the Link and the busses, and the Amtrak station. The hostel was very comfortable and was always a joy to come home to after a long day in Seattle. There were 3 of us staying there in a 4 bed room and we absolutely loved it! The bathrooms were always clean and open, the kitchen was a wonderful place to meet people, and the staff could not have been more helpful.Definitely will stay there again! The hostel is close to the public transport system that will get you anywhere in Seattle. The staff was very helpful when it came to directions, thanks.
