Apparently, they don\'t like reservation from hostel.com. I booked a room and has estimated arrive time as 6pm. When I was there at 7, they told me it\'s FULL. They said the reservation is NOT in their system. Well, if you don\'t mind hauling your luggage in the dark, looking for a lodge, book this one Xuan, from China ~ 2nd Jul 2012

Hotel Casa Ramos was very clean, but it was a hotel with no central meeting area. If you are looking to meet other travelers, this probably isn't the best place. Also, on the weekends, the neighboring restaurants play loud music quite late. Kathleen, from USA ~ 28th Jun 2011

it's very difficult to spot if you're driving, needs a better sign where you can actually see it. Also the staff is sometimes not there when you need them - away from the desk. Wendy, from USA ~ 27th Jan 2011
