The hotel is located in the "Red Light" district of Munich, which means there are exotic dance clubs everywhere, but if you can ignore that the location is perfect for Oktoberfest. Also, my room was above one of the strip clubs a few floors up, and at night I could smell the cigarette smoke. The staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast was awesome.

Overall pleasent budget hotel experience. Great location for Oktoberfest just a few blocks away. You can pay with paypal but they don't accept it and now I am trying to get my money from paypal. Front desk not very helpful or friendly but you are in the heart of everything going on. One upsetting thing was as we checked out on a friday a guy walked in and got a rate 30euro less a night than we paid booking in advance. If you like BMWs you must go to WELT a new production facility in munich. Have

A very nice hotel for the price of a decent hostel with shared bathrooms, very good choice if you've planned to spend a few days in Munich. We stayed 2 nights, staff was very nice, rooms are large and always very very clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel is conveniently located very close (1 min walk) to the central station, which is not far from Munich main street. It is in the red lights area, but that wasn't a problem since the city is fairly quiet and apparently very safe. Definately r
