This place is by no means the Ritz-Carlton, so as long as you go in without the expectation of any frills you will be satisfied. One thing that I feel should be emphasized is the lack of an elevator. So if you have a lot of luggage that you need to use immediately and you get one of the upper floors, well, good luck. On the other hand, if you don't need to use the things in your suitcases, they allow you to store them in their office. They have wifi but be sure to pronounce it "weefee". A great little hotel right in the middle of bordeaux. The staff were very helpful with insight as to wine tasting in the area and other transportation questions. richard, from USA ~ 22nd Jul 2012
