I was staying two nights and the girl in the reception forget to tell me that I have to change my room after one night. When I returned back to the hostel from after shopping my stuff were lying in the corridor because the cleaning lady has taken them out from the room. For a hostel, its pretty much what you would expect. Supposedly, guests are to respect others by being quiet after 10pm, but this was NOT enforced AT ALL by staff on our first night. The following night was a weeknight, which we can only assume was why it was much more tranquil. The staff performed its job, but NOTHING more. They were not especially friendly, helpful, or even seemed to really care about their guests at all. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 10 and probably never go back.
