The staff is great in supporting you with reservations, explainings stuffs and giving recommendations. Rooms are very basic, though. Our three-bed apartment had no furniture at all, i.e. no fridge, no locker not even a wardrobe - just three beds. However, there is a fridge available for all hostel dwellers in the kitchen.
