This was a really great hostel, and we really recommend it. The staff were very nice, and gave us tips on what to see and do in the area. The breakfast included was quite nice too. You get a lot of value for your money, our room were great and the bathroom very nice and clean, both the private and the common one. They had a big backyard where you can relax in the sun. We really enjoyed our stay. But, if you are looking for a hostel with a lot of backpackers, this might not be the best one.. Steinar, from Norway ~ 25th Feb 2013

Great location and cute accomodations with a nice view.The only drawback was there was water leaking from some upstairs source that was causing mildew and plaster falling and actually leaked onto our clothes. Lovely family run place, not too many rooms so not too busy, small kitchen but fine to cook in. Rooms beautiful with amazing views. Lovely staff, sorted activites etc for us, even after we had check out (decided to stay longer but unfortunately no space for us). We were extremely pleased with Barraca Suites!Staff was superb and the rooms clean.The backyard has amazing views.It was very comfortable.Its about a 10min. walk to city center.Plenty of shops and restaurants right next door.Would definitely go back. Catherine, from USA ~ 11th Feb 2011

We had a great time at La Barraca, its a 15 minute walk into the town centre which means its not too far, but far enough to find complete peace and quite.Clara (the manager) welcomed us with a warm and friendly manner and was able to help us with advise and bookings whenever we needed help.Brilliant value for money and highly recommended.
