hostel is located very poorly and it's not so easy to get there cause of steep winding road. when we finally got there we found there is no lift but steep stair. Low speed wi-fi, no PC for Internet access, no breakfast. Dirty shower, cold room. Ayuna, from Russia ~ 31st Oct 2012

heating was not working for one night defect gas-heating > gas smell breakfast was not included only 1 bathroom/toilet per floor (~15 people) toilet was not very clean, toilet paper missing staff was friendly and helpful good location Philipp, from Austria ~ 2nd Jan 2012
