The location was great, right next to Termini station. However the 2 Bed Bedrooms were a little small and the breakfast wasn't that interesting. The some of the staff was very helpful, especially when you check in, they give us lots of advises about the city. Nevertheless I recommend this hostel. Henrique, from Portugal ~ 1st Apr 2013

Overall great stay, the all sweet and chocolate breakfast was good, but made me a little uncomfortable (Melissa)after a few days, very helpful staff, all in all, good, clean, secure and a great value for the money. There was a creepy bearded South American there with his girlfriend, he looked like he wanted to hurt someone, giving people the evil eye, they probably should have kept him out...other than that a great experience! it's a nice place. the staff is great!!! they all speak perfect english and are very warm-hearted!! the breakfast is not bad. but the only downfall is that the room is poorly decorated. I would expect it to be a litttttttle bit more cute or whatever. but apart from that everything else is very satisfying. oh and also, it's a bit more expensive than the other hostels I stayed in during my trip to Italy, but i guess it's cause it's in rome. anyway a nice place! The staff is helpful especially the girl on duty in the morning. When I arrived the hotel in the morning, she instructed me how to go to the nearest and the most convenient metro, and the place to see. There are 2 computers only next to the reception. twin private room (shared bathroom) 3nights. Room was cozy and there is security box in the closet. Shared bathroom was clean and it was not crowded season, so very comfortable for use. All Staffs are super kind. specially red hair young woman and legge hair young man. They are very helpful to explain how to look around roma.
