No.8 Hostel London in Londen, Engeland

It was dirty and very very loud in the room. Till 1 or 2 o'clock in room you can hear very loud electronic music from the pub, and later till 6 o'clock many people shouting on the corridors, singing loudly in the rooms so it's impossible to sleep, beacuse find everybody is immposible to tell them to be silent. Day later i was sleeping in the airport ( waiting for plane ) and it was much more cleaner and much morde silent so there was no problem to go asleep. Beware of this hostel ! The smell is incredible, mold wall, the water was cold, the room with 22 person have a small window without any air recycling sistem, we got one key for three person, social hall is impracticable, the kitchen is to small, WIFI signal in room is to low (can't use), in room no phone signal some time Pataki, from Romania ~ 2nd May 2013

I booked a 6 bed dorm for 6 people. When we came to your Hostel it turned out that you booked only 1 bed. Fortunately, there were some free beds so we could take 4 bed dorm. I had written you the e-mail about our arrival and you wrote me that you would wait for us, not only for me (1 person). We left 3 beers in the fridge in our PRIVATE room. Once we came back from the city, the fridge was empty. Is that not a theft? We paid a lot of money to sleep on 4 beds with 6 people. The staff was friendly Karol, from Poland ~ 17th Apr 2013

The wifi was down my entire week at the hostel and the only answer I got from the staff was "Oh yeah, man, we're really sorry about that". If the wifi was a problem the hostel should put that on the website. I payed for the promised facilities such as wifi. My inability to connect to the internet severely harmed my experience of London. I could not meet up with my friends because I had no other means of communication and I never knew the museum schedules. Computer lounge never had open spots. Marlon, from USA ~ 25th Mar 2013

The location and the staff are great, after the cleaner it was always very clean, but some guests we're really growse. Only thing I missed are lockers in the rooms, so you could leave your valuables in your room (there is the possibility to put them in a safe at the reception).
