O'Hare Inn and Suites in , Amerika

Considering that I wasn't able to stay there and I tried to call the night before to let them know that, but yet their "24/7" service doesn't actually exist, I've had a bad experience. The woman was extremely rude and automatically blamed me for their inability to have someone at the phone. Instead she villianized me saying that I should have called many more time in order to get someone on the phone. When you claim that you are available 24/7, that means you should be available 24/7.
