I was very happy with Oi Suen, primarily because of Ms. Ellen, who is there every day. When I needed last minute directions and e-mailed from the bus on the way there, she responded immediately with helpful, detailed directions. The bedroom was extremely clean, and though the space was cramped in the room and bathroom, there was hot water, comfortable linen, luggage storage and helpful written tips for HK about what to see and how to get there. Great location for bopping around Hong Kong, though the front door isn't labelled very obviously.Rooms are the size you'd expect to find in the core of Kowloon, though there seems to be a few more square inches if you've got a room with a window.Beds are quite high off the ground, so there's lots of space for storage underneath.One of the staff has good English, but she's not always around and it can take a little while to get your point across.Discount tickets are always handy. love this hostel..rainbow was really helpful.. when I lost my passport, she gave me a room with cheap price. she was also very friendly, feels like I've got a new friend.. te hoostel also very clean, and it just take about 5 minutes to the MTR station. will definitely comeback to tis place whenever I go to HK again ^^ thanks a lot ellen Yolanda, from Indonesia ~ 29th Aug 2012

I know its size is normal in HK, but it was unbelievably packed. If you're really social person, ya, this location is so nice for you. Everything's around you. On the other hand, it mean it's really crowded and hectic. Even the staff is not able to speak English well though, he really tried to be nice. I really liked it. :) The hostel was average though, I might get a hotel instead next time! SiEun, from South Korea ~ 6th May 2012
