Sylvia and Max are really great people and go the extra mile to make you feel at home and have a great time (Sylvia even organized an opera ticket for me). Can only recommend to stay here, as the hostel seems to attract nice people as well.

The staff here were super-friendly and helpful.The location was ideal - only a short(ish) walk to the duomo. The room and the bathroom were really clean and overall we had a really good stay. Thank you!

This was probably the best hostel I stayed in on my entire trip. Max and Silvia could not be more accomodating and enthusiastic. There was a great free breakfast every morning. The rooms were wonderful-large, clean bathrooms and large lockers for all of your stuff. If you are staying in Florence you should definitely stay here.

This is a fabulous hostel, its so comfortable and friendly. Conviently located with free bus transportation to the center or a 15 min walk. Max, Silvia, Cathrina etc. are very knowledgable and really became our travel consultants. We will return soon. Laurie NY
