Overall a nice hostel, but since it is in Vicenza, one would expect it to be a bit cheaper. The staff was super helpful and sympathetic and the only major drawback was the very dirty and unpracticle kitchen (but it was getting renovated as I was there so everything should be fine by now). Ceiling fans in the rooms would be a big improvement cause otherwise you have to leave the door open if you want some air (and there goes safety for your stuff) Laurence, from Canada ~ 24th Jun 2012

This is my first hostelling experience, and overall it was not bad. The only problems I saw was that they were assigning non-functioning lockers. Before they switched it, I got a locker with no lock on it, and my roommate got one with no doors. They were quick to remedy the situation, however, and the staff overall was very nice and accommodating. Christopher, from USA ~ 29th Nov 2011
