Great hostel! Very lively all day, its absolutely huge like a hotel but it has a really great atmosphere. Nice facilities, great bars, fun people. Close to the train station and easy to find. I would definitely recommend it! Rooms are comfy and clean as well as spacious, same for bathrooms. Lots of great people! Chloe, from England ~ 15th May 2013

We really did not satisfy this hostel because originally our reservation is 6 persons in one room, but when we arriving in plan time, the staff told us room is not enough and seperate us in different room. If in this case, we do not understand what the meaning of advance booking! and how to book for living together in one room! Another thing is outside is very nosiy so that we can not sleep whole night! and cleanliness is also not quite good. chi, from China ~ 8th May 2013

Excellent accommodation for a few nights travel. With a location near (5-10 min) to the heart of the city centre and 5 minutes by foot away from the trainstation Firenze S. M. Novella this hostel is truly worth your money. The building is big and has many facilities you can use free of charge, like WiFi, the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath. But take in consideration the additional costs for towels, locks, breakfast (€6), Internet (first 30 min. free) etc. And the WiFi is quite bad. Lydia, from Netherlands ~ 23rd Dec 2012

I enjoyed staying at PLUS Florence and would definitely want to stay at a PLUS hostel again. They had much more amenities than other hostels I've stayed at, it was clean, and the staff was helpful. Danielle, from USA ~ 8th Nov 2012
