I found it frustrating that although the bar/restaurant and outside area was very cool, it was the only common area to hang out, and you aren't allowed to bring your own food. So basically, if you want to eat your own food you have to do it alone in your room. Also, I would much prefer to have a kitchen (or at least a fridge, kettle and microwave) than the 2 pools it boasts. Megan, from Australia ~ 12th Oct 2012

clean and bed was comfortable did not like how large it was...seemed like a big corporate machine no personality and all the staff tried to do was push their stupid tours on our group. my friend had her shoes stolen and another had her towel stolen. would not stay here again...definitely prefer the smaller hostels- they have more personality and its easier to get to know the other guests. Mas que un hostel parece un hotel, limpio, camas cómodas, habitación y lockers espaciosos , el hostel tiene piscina, ofrecen desayuno por 6 euros, si no se esta acostumbrado al desayuno americano no vale la pena,por lo chico que es florencia hay que caminar un poquito para llegar a las atracciones turísticas, volvería a ir 100% Laura, from Argentina ~ 20th Sep 2012

Travelled for 8 days in Italy and Plus Florence had by far the nicest and most modern facilities.Very helpful staff.Definitely a party hostel.Bar that is downstairs in the Hostel bumps pretty loud into the night. Patrick, from USA ~ 20th Sep 2012
