American breakfast is rubbish - food is overall very expensive in cafe. Stuff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and warm - it was -15 when I was there. The location is not great, 15 minutes walk to the tube Anna, from Poland ~ 8th Dec 2012

The only complaint I have is that the window in the room leaked when it was raining (more like monsoon-ing) and the staff didn't really know what to do about it.
