some of the staff seemed rude and unhelpful but i suppose we should expect that from people who are overworked and deal with a lot bullshit. don't take any of their rudeness personally.

staff werent helpfull, rude, and one said one thing and someone else said another thing, sorry wouldnt stay here again, rooms were messy, but was a good location if you wanna hang in waikiki.... but not at this hostel
