The management team did not report my arrival , the stupid thing is that my bags got throw away to the bin by the house keeper. There are so many things got lost.though they tried to ask the cleaner to check the bins for me.But still my computer wares and others things are missing . so stupid managment system lucy, from Ireland ~ 5th May 2013

We stayed in a twin private bedroom for five days and it was better than we expected while reading other reviews. The room was a medium size, just enough for two people and bathroom facilities were shared with only 1 other room. Although the carpeting was old and dirty (should be easy to clean with a vacuum), the sheets and other furniture were clean. For the money we paid it was good and private. The hostel is very close to the tube, so is very accessible. However, I stayed there with a friend and we were put in a room with one other person, who had obviously been living there for a while. The place seems to have quite a few residents who live there longer term and being placed with them was sort of weird. I also stayed there over New Years, so it may not always be like that (I don't know). As for the cost, it was on the higher side, but it was New Years in London, so not too bad. It's one of the best hostels I've ever stayed, the only problem I experienced: there was no wifi connection in our rooms, and no one came in the mornings to clean our rooms during our stay. It's really a wonderful building with high ceilings, huge tv room, nice people around. I would definitely recommend stay in this hostel Darius, from Lithuania ~ 22nd Oct 2012
