there was no reception desk and so we had no idea where to go when we got there or when to check out. overall, i'd recommend it.

Location is great. You are very close to all of Madrid´s main attractions and if you need to get somewhere further the Metro is right around the corner and really easy to use. The only problem I had was that I was staying on the 3rd floor, and my friend was staying on the 1st. When I woke up to go wake her up, the first floor was locked (where the lobby is as well). It made it very awkward because I could not get in and had to wait for someone on the 1st floor to leave. There is not really a co

all the servises was good,a really calm hostel. I used a single room, I was very calm there. Hostel is very close to center, is 10 min walking, and also there is a metro station more close..I´m advising this hostel to everyone..

The hostel was not a hostel, as I'd assumed, but property owned by one woman, who was nice but...spoke no English. It was clean, comfortable, and I had a roommate, which was nice, but it was not a hostel.

It is a nice place with a kind staff. But a little difficult to find with the directions. An advice: always call before you go to let them know when you'll arrive.

It´s a nice place with a good localization. It´s near from a great and big park called "El Retiro". We just missed shared rooms/places inside the hostels to meet other people, but we liked it.
