It's fantastic, the owner Pol made all the arrangements for Songkran, and showed us around, and the place is well-located, warmy staffs, I like this place, and if I go Bangkok again, I'll stay there for sure!!! Jamie, from Taiwan ~ 12th Apr 2013

Very clean and VERY well run hostel in a great location near a BTS station. Clean, very comfy beds, sparkling bathrooms, and wifi that works... would stay here again Zachary, from USA ~ 7th Mar 2013

This hostel is such good value for what it provides. Free internet, cheap food at the restaurant downstairs, secure lockers, clean comfy beds, great vibe. The only thing I would say is that it is fairly big for Thailand so unless you meet some fun people in your room it might be quite difficult to meet people. Oliver, from England ~ 17th Feb 2013

Everyone has their personal lamp besides their beds, convenient for reading and packing. The bed is big and comfy. But the upper bed will make noise when move, a bit annoying. They have girls floor, no boys, very convenient. Wifi on the first floor, very good! Esther, from Hong Kong ~ 14th Jan 2013

Make sure when you ask the staff to flag down a taxi for the airport. Don't say "domestic" flight. They will confuse it for Dounng Muang Airport. We were suppose to depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport and the staff told the taxi driver the wrong airport. We ended up in Doung Muang and almost missed our flight. Luckily we went early and made it back to Suvarnabhumi on time to catch our flight. It was quite stressful and frustrating to find out we were taken to the wrong airport. Some staff was helpull but some was not. When I ask about something, some staff try find out ansure and try get information through computer instead say "I Don't know". Which was very nice . But in same question some staffdo not willing to help and just say "i don't know". I wish all staff be halpull. Hyon, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2012

Things were very, very clean. Nice place, many folks came for business - and there is no common room with billyards table/games/etc. so meeting people is restricted to the bedrooms, which isn't always practical. However, they had nice security, lots of air conditioning, nice restaurant and cafe inside. Dina, from Canada ~ 24th Oct 2012

The Saphaipae Hostel is located in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The hostel provides modern facilities, large rooms, free wifi, a big lounge, a cafe, and an internet station with new HP computers. The only downside is the hostel does not provide free towels. Guests must rent towels that cost about $2USD. Despite that issue, the Saphaipae Hostel is an excellent choice! It is one of the best hostels in Bangkok! Highly recommended!! Roy, from USA ~ 9th Jul 2012

I love this hostel, it is located not far from BTS station and the hotel is nicely furnished, everything looks brand new, neat and clean. The staffs are helpful too. With the use of key cards, it gives higher security but I hate that it cuts the power supply when i need to go to toilet which is out of the room. The food served is quite pricey, especially for the breakfast menu. No chance to try their dinner menu as the restaurant downstairs was closed earlier than their standard operation hou Wen Kheong, from Malaysia ~ 8th Jul 2012
