In principle, the staff are very friendly and helpful Cleanliness is also respected by the staff At this point, cleanliness, I would like to say, it would also be appropriate if over personnel ensured that the guests keep the cleanliness of his needs or everyone should be clean and considerate to satisfy the other, by sitting, walking, cook, eat or sleep! somebody told me that their laptop and camera got stolen in their room while they left to go to the bathroom, so for that reason, i would have to say the security could be better. the ventilation in the room i was staying in (18 bed) was a bit poor as well. but otherwise, the place had a nice atmosphere and the people were very nice. kristina, from Canada ~ 29th Jan 2012

We were a group and it was a bit difficult to find a place in the common room for us (lot of people, messy people while we were there). We were in the 3rd floor and the showers in the lower ground (bad idea to forgot anything to get showered). Noisy. The breakfast is simple but nice. Anne-Lise, from France ~ 18th Jan 2012

The hostel is not a far walk from all of the main city attractions.Like other reviews, the beds are rather small and I'm about 5'10".Again, it's well worth the location.I had no issues with the cleaning staff as others have claimed.Just remember the ten-pound cash deposit (which you get back when you return blankets, etc.). I never see that! You have to go in the basement (a real labyrinth) to take a shower (unaceptable when your bedroom is in the third floor), and when you find (at last!) the showers you have to be ready to be nacked in front of all people...
