Our stay in this hotel was very convinient. The room was very clean and no noises. We just stayed one night but the center was very close. The only problem, is that you must pay a lot to park your car. We had to leave it in a garage house.

Kind of smokey, but, hey, this is Europe. The location is a little out of the central city area, but it's not too bad as it's close to a metro. I wish the bathrooms were bigger in the double private suite. Overall a great deal.

It was specially clean and comfortable.
It is not possible to pay by credit card and it is not pre-advised that limitation.
Rooms very, very nice and comfortables.
There is not a service to ward luggages and you need to left your bags in a common area.
Very near to a Train Station, 2 lines of metro and a lot of tramway lines
I will recomend it.
(Maybe I have been to strict in my valoration and I shoud put all the items as excelent, but I think that perfection is very dificultous to achieve

When I arrived, there was a bit of a problem with bookings that were mixed up, but luckily this was solved after a short wait. The entrance of the building, the TV room and the reception area look very run-down. However, the rooms are clean with pretty new furniture and comfy beds. The staff is nice and help where they can. nice rooms, clean and perfect location near westbahnhof (7 minutes by ubahn to stephansdom which is the main centre)! i was very satisfied with my choice. anyway if you plan to get up later than 10am (which can happen easily as there are nice partys in vienna ^^) it's definitely not a good choice because the staff makes A LOT of very loud noise every day with the vacuum cleaner and also they're shouting over the floor all the time (in some eastern-europe language, none of them was native austria
