The rooms were tired, walls marked and strong mildew smell through out.Very dusty behind beds. Floors were dusty and not cleaned during our 3 day stay.Staff knowledgeable but jaded and prices for the same tour varied from one day to the next.Breakfast was tasty, varied and plentiful. I enjoyed my four days of luxury at this hotel.The directions from the bus station were quite good and it is very close to all the shops and restaurants.I loved my room with a big double bed and a lovely bathtub!It was a splurge for me but I think that it was definitely worth it! We actually booked for Thanhvan but were put at their no.2 hotel. For what we paid the rooms were huge, huge bathroom, super clean, hairdryer, etc. More like mid-range than budget! Free internet. The shuttle takes you from there to old town only 5 minutes away or you can cycle in 5-10 mins! Just watch your bike as ours were stolen and we had to pay $100 to replace each bike!
